Your 60-minute consultation is completely free and carries no obligation. Individual sessions are £150, and the full six-session program is £600. You can pay by cash or bank transfer, and there is no pressure to commit to the program at your consultation.

Do you offer in-person and online sessions?

Yes. You can attend in person at the Liverpool practice or online from anywhere across Merseyside and the surrounding region. Both formats are live and one-to-one, and the quality of care is identical. You are welcome to move between formats if your circumstances change.
